Pricing

Start with
one show.

These are alternative starting options, not combined charges.

New-store launch

CAD 1,600

Fixed PHAS2 service fee.

Standard setup support for one merchant-owned Whatnot account, a show plan, technical rehearsal and one managed show of up to 90 minutes at one agreed location. Hosting, production and a post-show review are included.

Discuss your first show

Already show-ready

CAD 850

Fixed PHAS2 service fee.

The same managed first-show service using your existing store and production setup, subject to a readiness check. No setup charge when your existing setup is accepted.

Discuss your first show

Both have a fixed PHAS2 service fee for the agreed standard scope. No additional PHAS2 sales commission on your first show. No required future shows.

Know the full cost before booking.

We review your products, store readiness and location, then confirm the standard scope, host availability, equipment arrangements, what you supply and the show date in a written quote. The listed fee covers delivery of that agreed standard scope. Work outside it is separately itemized and optional before booking; additional work or expenses require your approval.

The written quote also confirms payment and cancellation terms, sales attribution and the refund reconciliation period before booking. No required future shows does not change the agreed terms for a show you have booked.

Standard scope excludes extensive catalogue work, bespoke integrations, paid advertising and edited promotional video unless expressly quoted.

PHAS2 service prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes, Whatnot/payment processing fees, stock and merchant fulfilment costs are separate. Any agreed travel or other separately scoped expenses are shown in the quote before you commit.

Continue only when it makes sense.

Further managed shows: CAD 850 minimum, or 10% of net merchandise sales when higher. Not both.

At CAD 5,000 in net merchandise sales, the show fee is CAD 850. At CAD 10,000, it is CAD 1,000.

Net merchandise sales means paid product sales attributed to the agreed show, after discounts, cancellations and refunds, excluding customer taxes and shipping charges. It is sales revenue, not profit or your bank payout. Product, platform and fulfilment costs are not deducted from this calculation.

Your store stays yours.

You own your account, inventory and payouts from day one. Stop booking shows without an exit fee or ongoing commission on shows we do not manage. Optional training is quoted separately, never a condition of keeping your store or receiving your agreed deliverables.

Sales, audience size and profit are not guaranteed. We review results with you before recommending another show.

05 / Good questions

Before we go live.

A few things to know about working together.

Whose Whatnot store is it?

Yours. SHOPLIVE supports your own storefront and merchant brand. Account access, responsibilities and production scope are agreed before work begins. Your brand leads the show; PHAS2 works behind the production.

What can you help with?

Planning, store setup, production, on-camera talent, audience-building support, show management and training. We shape the scope around your products, team and starting point. Hosting roles are agreed before work begins.

Can our team take over later?

Yes. You own your account, inventory and payouts from day one. Stop booking shows without an exit fee or ongoing commission on shows we do not manage. Optional training is quoted separately, never a condition of keeping your store or receiving your agreed deliverables.

Do we need a large studio?

The production plan starts with your space, stock and team. A phone, tripod, lighting, a laptop and a practical product and packing area can form the setup. We work through the requirements before a show.

Who approves our seller account?

Whatnot controls seller access and any additional category approvals. SHOPLIVE can help you prepare, but approval comes from the platform. See Whatnot’s seller application guidance.

Who handles shipping and returns?

We agree the product-handling, packing, shipping and returns responsibilities with you before work begins. They are part of the operating plan for your store.

How is a project priced?

The fixed PHAS2 first-show fee is CAD 1,600 for a new-store launch, or CAD 850 using an accepted existing setup. These are alternative starting options, not combined charges. No additional PHAS2 sales commission applies to your first show. Further managed shows cost CAD 850 or 10% of attributable net merchandise sales, whichever is higher, never both. Applicable taxes, Whatnot/payment processing fees, stock and merchant fulfilment costs are separate. We confirm the full scope, expenses, responsibilities, payment and cancellation terms, sales attribution and refund reconciliation period in a written quote before booking. See Pricing above.
